Champions Trophy Schedule

The Champions Trophy scheduled has been annouced. Pakistan retained the venue with them though there were controversies regarding the security.

Australia already declard that they will not be playing citing security reasons. It is not sure whether South Africa, New Zealand and England will play either. The teams expected to participate are, Pakistan--the hosts, India, Sri Lanka, and West Indies.

The groups are:

Group A: India, Australia, Pakistan, and West Indies
Group B: South Africa, England, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka

Match 1, Thu Sep. 11, Group A: Pakistan v. West Indies, Lahore
Match 2, Fri Sep. 12, Group B, New Zealand v. Sri Lanka, Karachi
Match 3, Sat Sep. 13, Group A, Australia v. India, Lahore
Match 4, Sun Sep. 14, Group B, England v. Sri Lanka, Karachi
Match 5, Mon Sep. 15, Group B, South Africa v. New Zealand, Rawalpindi
Match 6, Tue Sep. 16, Group A, India v. West Indies, Karachi
Match 7, Wed Sep. 17, Group A, Pakistan v. Australia, Rawalpindi
