The upcoming batsman and skipper of India A, Badrinath S was given another chance to prove himself. He proved in the crucial match against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup tie when he replaced Tendulkar due to latter's injury.
Badrinath is playing well and is in good form. He recently played a crucial role in the India A match against New Zealand. He played captains knock and lead by example in the victory, which took India A to final. India A will be playing the final against Australia A on Sunday, September 28, 2008.
He deserves this opportunity and this youngster should be given more opportunities so that his confidence grows up. He burst out against his omission in the team during Asia Cup, but finally got a call when Tendulkar pulled out due to injury.
