With Sachin Tendulkar back in the side, who will open the innings for India and who will play No. 3 spot? With both Sehwag and Gambhir in good form in both ODI and Test, the Delhi pair is becoming one of the best opening pair for India.
They both are aggressive and has dominated Australia during the test series and in the first 3 ODIs against England.
Sachin can be asked to play at number 3 utilizing his experience, but the master batsman was successful in number 1 position than in any other position.
He has just scored 92 runs in 10 innings including one not out. The average is 10.22 runs per innings.
So, it is better he is given back his position of opening the innings.
