Hard to beat India at Home: Ponting

In a press conference, Australian Skipper Ricky Ponting has come out openly and said that it is difficult to beat India at home. They play better in home conditions than abroad.

"They will be particularly hard to beat in India, they always are. They definitely play a lot better at home than they do when they travel," Ponting told reporters.

Australian team is already struggling without few key players due to injury. Wicket-Keeper Batsman Brad Haddin is left out due to injury. T20 Skipper Michale Clarke is also not part of the team due to injury. The ODI specialist bowler Nathan Bracken is not in the side due to injury.

The good news for Australia is the return of Brett Lee. the strike bowler Johnson is also in good form. They won the champions trophy and before that they beat England 6-1.

Australia is scheduled to play 7 ODIs starting their campaign on Sunday, Oct. 25th.
