Winning the toss and deciding to bat, NZ skipper Vettori was right in his decision. New Zealand won the series 2-1 by beating Bangladesh in the 3rd and final ODI by 79 runs. Taylor was declared man of the match for his century performance and Oram was declared man of the series for his consistent all round performance.
