First Tour Match Ends in a Draw!

The first tour match of the Australian tour to India ended in a draw. The match was played against Board Presidents XI lead by Yuvaraj Singh.

Four centuries were scored in this match including one by the BP XI skipper Yuvaraj Singh in the 2nd innings. Rohit Sharma, V Kohli scored 105 each in the first innings, while Mike Hussey scored 126 not out for Australia in the first innings.

Leading by 141 runs in the 2nd innings, BP XI struggled at 35 for 2. But Jaffer and Yuvaraj built 200-run partnership for the 3rd wicket with Jaffer missing century by 9 runs while Yuvaraj scored 113 off 143 balls with 7 fours and 7 sixes.
